Medical Coverage – We offer three medical plans through CIGNA Healthcare with Filterfresh paying approximately 80% of the cost of coverage. Our plans offer low co-pays, the flexibility of receiving medical care from in and out of network providers, prescription drug coverage and the ability to manage your health through our new Weight Complications program.

Dental Coverage – Filterfresh offers two CIGNA Dental plans that include coverage for preventative care, major and minor restorative care, and orthodontia.

Vision Coverage – While basic Vision care is included in your Medical plan, Filterfresh offers a separate vision plan through Eyemed. With Eyemed, you pay nothing for a yearly exam, and receive substantial discounts at any one of Eyemed’s thousands of provider locations. A must have for any glasses or contact lens wearing family!

Flexible Spending Accounts – Filterfresh offers health care and dependent care FSAs for payment of eligible health and dependent care expenses with tax-free dollars.

Life and Disability Plans - We offer Basic Life insurance at no cost to the employee as well as Short and Long Term Disability through Liberty Mutual.

401-K Plan – The Filterfresh 401k Retirement Plan allows you to defer between 2% and 16% of your salary, and will match 50% up to the first 5% of your pre-tax contributions. You are fully vested after 4 years of service.
