1. Eligibility: The National Coffee Day "Coffee is the Greatest Beverage of All Time" Contest is open to employees of current Filterfresh Coffee Service customers, who are legal residents of and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years or older. The Contest shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. Law. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Filterfresh Coffee Service, Inc. (the "Sponsor") and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional interactive, and similar agencies (collectively the "Releasees"), as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) and household members, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. How to Enter: Log on to http://filterfresh.com/blog between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") September 29, 2009 and 12:00 p.m. ET October 31, 2009 ("Contest Period") and submit your entry using the form. All entries must be original works and should elaborate on the statement "Coffee is the Greatest Beverage of All Time". Any and all inappropriate or offensive entries will be disqualified. Only one entry per e-mail address will be accepted during the Contest Period.
3. Judging and Notification: Judges are members of Filterfresh Coffee Service "Coffee is the Greatest Beverage of All Time" panel of judges. All entries are judged on the basis of originality, creativity, characterization, artistic quality, and theme. All decisions by the judges are final.
   
   Prize winners will be notified by e-mail and posted on our internet website on November 30th, 2009.
4. Prizes: Winner will receive a home brewer (Keurig Platinum B70 or similar) (approximate value $160) and a one (1) month supply of coffee (1 case (approx. 90 count) of K-Cups (approximate value $50). Winner may have his/her Entry featured on the Filterfresh blog at http://filterfresh.com/blog , all at Sponsor's discretion. Winner's employer, a current FIlterfresh customer, will also receive a one (1) months supply of free coffee, credited from the employer's prior months Filterfresh coffee purchase for one (1) office location, up to a maximum value of $500.
5. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Taxes: All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the winner's sole responsibility.
7. Consent and Release: By entering this Contest, each entrant releases and discharges the Releasees from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this Contest, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, "Claims").
8. Dislcaimer: Releasees assume no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend and/or modify this Contest, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest.
9. Privacy Policy: Filterfresh Coffee Service does not release or sell customer or contest entrant information to third parties or mailing lists, nor will you receive telephone solicitations, whatsoever.
